Elective Experience 

The fellowship program includes a required elective experience with other disciplines. The goal of the elective experiences is for the fellow to learn, under the direction of experienced faculty from the related discipline, approaches to diagnoses and management used for patients with rheumatic diseases. It is preferred that the elective requirements are front-loaded in the first year as to give more time for research in the second year. Fellows should use the learning portfolio function in MedHub to login their Elective/QI/Research and Scholarly activities each week.
